GM1 CAT.OP.MPA.110 Aerodrome operating minima ED Decision 2014/015/R ONSHORE AERODROME DEPARTURE PROCEDURES — HELICOPTERS The cloud base and visibility should be such as to allow the helicopter to be clear of cloud at take-off decision point (TDP), and for the pilot flying to remain in sight of the surface until reaching the minimum speed for flight in instrument meteorological conditions (IMC) given in the AFM.
