CAT.POL.A.200 General Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 (a) The approved performance data in the AFM shall be supplemented as necessary with other data if the approved performance data in the AFM is insufficient in respect of items such as: (1) accounting for reasonably expected adverse operating conditions such as take-off and landing on contaminated runways; and (2) consideration of engine failure in all flight phases. (b) For wet and contaminated runways, performance data determined in accordance with applicable standards on certification of large aeroplanes or equivalent shall be used. (c) The use of other data referred to in (a) and equivalent requirements referred to in (b) shall be specified in the operations manual.
