CAT.POL.A.100 Performance classes Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 (a) The aeroplane shall be operated in accordance with the applicable performance class requirements. (b) Where full compliance with the applicable requirements of this Section cannot be shown due to specific design characteristics, the operator shall apply approved performance standards that ensure a level of safety equivalent to that of the appropriate chapter.
