CAT.GEN.MPA.165 Method of carriage of persons Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 The operator shall take all measures to ensure that no person is in any part of an aircraft in flight that is not designed for the accommodation of persons unless temporary access has been granted by the commander: (a) for the purpose of taking action necessary for the safety of the aircraft or of any person, animal or goods therein; or (b) to a part of the aircraft in which cargo or supplies are carried, being a part that is designed to enable a person to have access thereto while the aircraft is in flight.
