AMC1 ARO.OPS.200 Specific approval procedure ED Decision 2014/025/R PROCEDURES FOR THE APPROVAL OF CARRIAGE OF DANGEROUS GOODS When verifying compliance with the applicable requirements of [SPA.DG.100](#_DxCrossRefBm927677626), the competent authority should check that: (a) the procedures specified in the operations manual are sufficient for the safe transport of dangerous goods; (b) operations personnel are properly trained in accordance with the ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air (ICAO Doc 9284-AN/905); and (c) a reporting scheme is in place.
