GM1 SAO.GEN.130(f) Responsibilities of the pilot-in-command ED Decision 2019/001/R DIVING AND BLOOD DONATION — ELAPSED TIME BEFORE RETURNING TO FLYING DUTY 24 hours is a suitable minimum length of time to allow after normal recreational (sport) diving or normal blood donation before a flight. This is considered when determining a reasonable time period.
