SAO.OP.145 In-flight fuel or other energy management – powered sailplanes Regulation (EU) 2018/1976 For powered sailplanes, the pilot-in-command shall check at regular intervals during the flight that the amount of usable fuel or other energy available is not less than that needed to ensure a safe landing.
