SAO.IDE.135 Transponder Regulation (EU) 2018/1976 Sailplanes shall have a secondary surveillance radar (SSR) transponder with all the capabilities required in accordance with point (b) of point SERA.6005 of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 923/2012, and, if the flight takes places in airspace of a third country, the law of that third country.
