SAO.GEN.110 Demonstration of compliance Regulation (EU) 2018/1976 (a) An operator shall, when so requested by the competent authority which is verifying continued compliance by the operator in accordance with point ARO.GEN.300(a)(2) of Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, demonstrate compliance with the essential requirements set out in Annex V to Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 and with the requirements of this Regulation. (b) In order to demonstrate such compliance, the operator may refer to the following means: (1) acceptable means of compliance (AMC); (2) alternative means of compliance (AltMoC).
