MED.A.046 Suspension or revocation of medical certificates Regulation (EU) 2019/27 (a) A medical certificate may be suspended or revoked by the licensing authority. (b) Upon suspension of the medical certificate, the holder shall return the medical certificate to the licensing authority on request of that authority. (c) Upon revocation of the medical certificate, the holder shall immediately return the medical certificate to the licensing authority.
