ORA.FSTD.240 Record-keeping Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 The holder of an FSTD qualification certificate shall keep records of: (a) all documents describing and proving the initial qualification basis and level of the FSTD for the duration of the FSTDās lifetime; and (b) any recurrent documents and reports related to each FSTD and to compliance monitoring activities for a period of at least 5 years.
