CC.CCA.100 Issue of the cabin crew attestation Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 (a) Cabin crew attestations shall only be issued to applicants who have passed the examination following completion of the initial training course in accordance with this Part. (b) Cabin crew attestations shall be issued: (1) by the competent authority; and/or (2) by an organisation approved to do so by the competent authority.
