Regulation (EU) 2020/639

(1) The competent authority shall issue an LUC after it is satisfied that the UAS operator complies with points UAS.LUC.020, UAS.LUC.030 and UAS.LUC.040.

(2) The LUC shall include:

(a) the UAS operator identification;

(b) the UAS operator’s privileges;
