MANAGEMENT SYSTEM — ASSESSMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The applicant should ensure that:
(a)    senior management assesses the service provider’s management system, at planned intervals, to ensure its continuous suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness;
(b)Â Â Â Â the assessment includes evaluating opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the management system, including the policy and the objectives; and
(c)Â Â Â Â Â records of senior management assessments are maintained.
