SAO.POL.105 Performance – general

The
pilot-in-command shall only operate the sailplane if the performance of the
sailplane is adequate to comply with the requirements set out in the Annex to
Implementing Regulation (EU) No 923/2012 and any other restrictions
applicable to the flight, the airspace, aerodromes or operating sites used,
ensuring that any charts or maps used are the latest available edition.
