SAO.GEN.115 Introductory flights

Regulation (EU) 2018/1976

Introductory flights shall be:

(a)     operated under visual flight rules (VFR) by day; and

(b)     overseen as regards their safety by a person who has been nominated by the organisation responsible for the introductory flights.
