EXPERIENCE AFTER THE ISSUE OF THE SPL NECESSARY FOR THE CARRIAGE OF PASSENGERS
In cases
where an SPL has been issued on the basis of a conversion report as per
Article 3b(3) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1976, the date of the issue of the
originally national sailplane pilot licence or equivalent document should be
deemed as the date of the issue of the SPL.
