SAILPLANES REGISTERED IN ANOTHER MEMBER STATE
(a) The operator of a
sailplane which is not registered in the Member State, where the sailplane is
predominantly based, should notify the competent authority of that Member
State prior to the start of operation.
(b) The notification should
include:
(1) sailplane type;
(2) sailplane registration;
(3) main base;
(4) expected duration of the
operation; and
(5) contact details of the operator.
