ED Decision 2021/011/R

A type certificate ā€˜determinedā€™ in accordance with PartĀ 21 means a type certificate, or a document that allows the issuance of a certificate of airworthiness, issued before 28Ā SeptemberĀ 2003 by a Member State complying with ArticleĀ 3(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) NoĀ 748/2012.
