EASA Form 15c, Issue 4
EASA regulations define the Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC), EASA Forms 15a and 15c, which certifies an aircraft's airworthiness. Issued by competent authorities or approved organizations, the ARC confirms the aircraft meets safety standards at the time of review, including flight hours and controlled environment maintenance. Extensions are possible under specific conditions.
