5.13.5. Other ATS systems/functions in multiple mode of operation

ED Decision 2023/005/R

In multiple mode of operation, in order to help reduce the ATCO/AFISO overall workload, it is recommended that coordination and transfer of control (the latter only applicable for ATC) of a flight to/from other ATS units (in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/373 [4] ATS.TR.320 and associated AMC and GM) is supported by system means enabling automated coordination.
