ED Decision 2003/18/RM
Specimens must be conditioned to 21ºC ± 2.8ºC (70ºF ± 5ºF) and at 50% ±5% relative humidity until moisture equilibrium is reached or for 24 hours. Only one specimen at a time may be removed from the conditioning environment immediately before subjecting it to the flame.
