Operations manual

CONTENT
The operations manual should include the following information, as relevant for the area and the type of operation:
(a) table of contents;
(b) amendment control status and list of effective pages or paragraphs, unless the entire manual is reissued and the manual has an effective date on it;
(c) duties, responsibilities, and succession of management and operating personnel;
(d) description of the management system;
(e) flight time limitations;
(f) standard operating procedures;
(g) weather limitations;
(h) emergency procedures;
(i) accident and incident considerations;
(j) personnel qualifications and training;
(k) record-keeping;
(l) normal flight operations;
(m) performance operating limitations; and
(n) handling of dangerous goods, if applicable.
