DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE TO THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY

(a) The organisation operating the FSTD should submit to the competent authority a declaration of compliance in case of a major modification to an FSTD performed in accordance with point ORA.FSTD.110(b).

(b) The declaration of compliance should be sent no later than three days after the final acceptance of the modification has been performed.
