ORA.AeMC.105 Scope

Regulation (EU) 2024/2076

This Subpart establishes the additional requirements to be met by an organisation to qualify for the issue or continuation of an approval as an aero-medical centre (AeMC) to:

(a) provide aero-medical expertise and practical training for AMEs;

(b) issue medical certificates and cabin crew medical reports, including initial class 1 medical certificates, or class 3 medical certificates in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 ([44]), or both, as applicable.
