prejudice to ARA.GEN.350, level 1 findings include, but are not
limited to, the following:
(a) failure to nominate a head of the AeMC;
(b) failure to ensure medical confidentiality
of aero-medical records; and
(c) failure to provide the competent authority with the medical and statistical data for oversight purposes.
