ED Decision 2021/003/R

MAINTENANCE RECORDS

The maintenance records, as a minimum, should include the following:

(a) maintenance type (preventive/corrective);

(b) items checked/repaired;

(c) maintenance date (entry/exit date to/from the workshop); and

(d) name of the person that conducted the inspection/repair.
