Retention of meteorological information
Regulation (EU) 2017/373
(a) A meteorological services
provider shall retain meteorological information issued for a period of at
least 30 days from the date of issue.
(b) This meteorological
information shall be made available, on request, for inquiries or
investigations and, for these purposes, shall be retained until the inquiry or
investigation is completed.
