the necessary elements from the training and competence assessment of ATSEP
laid down in Annex XIII to this
Regulation in accordance with ATSEP.OR.105
in order to ensure equivalent level of safety and level playing field for the
maintenance of systems and equipment regardless of whether such services are
provided internally in the service provider or outsourced.
