OF THE SCOPE — ‘MULTI-ACTOR CHANGE’
In the case where the
change is a ‘multi-actor change’ in reference to ATM/ANS.OR.A.045(e), the interfaces and interactions include the interfaces with the
other service providers and/or aviation undertakings that are also affected by
the change.

cooperatively identifying the scope of ‘multi-actor changes’ may be found in
EUROCAE ED-78A.
