ATM/ANS.OR.A.040(b) Changes — general

PROCEDURE FOR CHANGES NOT REQUIRING PRIOR
APPROVAL
The procedure agreed by the service
provider and the competent authority may also include the process for the
reaction by the service provider to an unplanned change that may arise with
the need for urgent action that would normally require prior approval of the
competent authority. This is the case in which the service provider responds
immediately to a safety problem as required in ATM/ANS.OR.A.060 or when an emergency
situation arises in which the service provider has to take immediate action to
ensure the safety of the services.
