DETERMINATION OF THE SPECIFICATION OF THE
CHANGED SERVICE
When determining the changes in the
service specification that have resulted from the change to the functional
system, service providers other than air traffic services providers should
ensure that:
(a) the
properties specified for the service can be observed and measured either
directly or indirectly with a degree of certainty commensurate with the level
of confidence sought from assurance; and
(b) the
specification of the changed service must cover everything that has changed in
the service provided when operated within the declared operational context.
