An EN 9100 certificate issued by an
appropriately accredited organisation addressing the quality management
elements required in the respective Subparts should be considered as a
sufficient means of compliance for the Type 2 DAT provider. In this case, the
Type 2 DAT provider should accept the disclosure of the documentation related
to the certification to the competent authority upon its request.
