PRESENT WEATHER — GENERAL
(a) For local routine report and local special
report, the present weather information should be representative of the
conditions at the aerodrome.
(b) For METAR and
SPECI, the present
weather information should be representative of the conditions at the
aerodrome and, for certain specified present weather phenomena, in its
vicinity.
