TERMINAL
CONTROL (TCL) RATING ENDORSEMENT
The TCL rating endorsement,
issued before 4 August 2024, indicates that the licence holder is competent to
provide air traffic control services with the use of any surveillance
equipment to aircraft that operate in a specified terminal area and/or
adjacent sectors.
