SIGNATURE/STAMP IN ITEM XIIa
The signature/stamp of the authority or the licence
number and signature of the assessor are required in item XIIa of the licence
when entries are made after the date the licence has been signed and sealed or
stamped in items X and XI. Other case(s) where the signature/stamp of the
authority or the licence number and signature of the assessor is to be
included in item XIIa may be detailed in the procedure referred to in point ATCO.AR.D.001(a)(2).
