NCO.OP.155 Smoking on board — aeroplanes and helicopters

Regulation (EU) No 800/2013

The pilot-in-command shall not allow smoking on board:

(a)     whenever considered necessary in the interest of safety; and

(b)     during refuelling of the aircraft.
