COMPETENCY
MAP PROCESS
Note 1.
The competency map process may be done in teams of instructors. Then the
results are compared and reconciled by a small group of subject matter experts
(SMEs).
Note 2. It
is always easy to map SAW or KNO as the underlying competency, but there are
almost invariably other competencies, especially when there is ineffective
management, so the intent should be to balance the mapping of SAW or KNO and
map the other predominant competencies within the scenario.
