AMC1 ORO.FC.215 Initial operator’s crew resource management (CRM) training ED Decision 2022/014/R TRAINING ELEMENTS AND TRAINER QUALIFICATION Initial operator’s CRM training should: (a) cover the applicable provisions of AMC1 ORO.FC.115, including the training elements as specified in Table 1 thereof; and (b) be conducted by a flight crew CRM trainer who is qualified as specified in AMC2 ORO.FC.146.
