CHANGES TO THE OBSTACLE
ENVIRONMENT
If the operator becomes aware
of a change to the obstacle environment at an approved public interest site,
the operator should:
(a) assess the safety impact of such new obstacles on their
operations;
(b) review their site-specific procedures and modify them as
necessary;
(c) discontinue operations at the site if necessary;
(d) inform the competent authority of all of the above.
