The checklist for HEC shall contain:
(a) normal, abnormal and emergency procedures;
(b) relevant performance data;
(c) required equipment;
(d) any limitations; and
(e) responsibilities and duties of the pilot-in-command, and, if applicable, crew members and task specialists.
