RECURRENT CREW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (CRM)

Operators implementing EBT in accordance with ORO.FC.231 may demonstrate compliance with ORO.FC.115 by showing how the recurrent CRM requirements are integrated within the operatorā€™s EBT programme. An example of how this may be done is provided in the safety promotion material of EASA (e.g. ā€˜EASA EBT manualĀ“).
