BOP.BAS.205 Weighing Regulation (EU) 2018/395 (a)     The weighing of the balloon shall be accomplished by the manufacturer of the balloon or in accordance with Annex I to [Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014](https://www.easa.europa.eu/document-library/regulations/commission-regulation-eu-no-13212014). (b)     The operator shall ensure that the mass of the balloon has been established by actual weighing prior to its initial entry into service. The accumulated effects of modifications and repairs on the mass shall be accounted for and properly documented. Such information shall be made available to the pilot-in-command. The balloon shall be reweighed if the effects of modifications or repairs on the mass are not known.
