BOP.BAS.010 Demonstration of compliance Regulation (EU) 2020/357 (a)     An operator shall, when so requested by the competent authority which verifies continued compliance by the operator in accordance with point ARO.GEN.300(a)(2) of Annex II (Part-ARO) to Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, demonstrate compliance with the essential requirements set out in Annex V to Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 and with the requirements of this Regulation. (b)     The operator shall use either of the following means to demonstrate such compliance: (1)     acceptable means of compliance (AMC); (2)     alternative means of compliance (AltMoC).
