21.B.15 Information to the Agency Regulation (EU) 2022/203 (a)     The competent authority of the Member State shall notify the Agency in case of any significant problems with the implementation of [Regulation (EU) 2018/1139](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/DE/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32018R1139#:~:text=Regulation%20%28EU%29%202018%2F1139%20of%20the%20European%20Parliament%20and,No%20376%2F2014%20and%20Directives%202014%2F30%2FEU%20and%202014%2F53%2FEU%20) and its delegated and implementing acts within 30 days from the time the competent authority became aware of the problem. (b)     Without prejudice to [Regulation (EU) No 376/2014](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?qid=1576245532595&uri=CELEX%3A32014R0376) of the European Parliament and of the Council and its delegated and implementing acts, the competent authority of the Member State shall provide the Agency as soon as possible with any safety-significant information stemming from the occurrence reports stored in the national database pursuant to Article 6(6) of [Regulation (EU) No 376/2014](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?qid=1576245532595&uri=CELEX%3A32014R0376). (c)      The competent authority of the Member State shall provide the Agency as soon as possible with safety- significant information stemming from the information security reports it has received pursuant to point IS.D.OR.230 of the Annex (Part‑IS.D.OR) to [Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1645](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32022R1645&qid=1705575972222).
